Hiring for the 2025-26 School Year

Job Descriptions and Current Open Positions:

• Substitute Teachers: We are always looking for experienced Substitute Teachers to join our School! Our Substitute Teachers fill in from time to time in our classrooms as needed. Opportunities include full days, mornings only, or afternoons only depending on the shift covered.

  Onboarding expectations - Subs observe in the classrooms a few times prior to subbing. Love of children as well as experience working with young children aged 2-6 required. Substitute Teachers may be requested to have Fingerprint and Background checks completed.

Administration

• Fundraising Coordinator: We are looking for a part-time person to help with Fundraising. Can be a mix of remote work and time at school in the office, with flexible hours. Dragonfly is a non-profit with significant fundraising to carry its incredible programming. Greater job description coming soon.

Preschool

• Afternoon Preschool Teacher: This is a part-time role and a co-teaching position, with another afternoon teacher. The Afternoon Preschool Teacher follows and supports the daily rhythm in order to provide a healthy, nurturing, creative and respectful environment for each child.
